(1) Each time the fabric feeder is started, the hydraulic pump should be allowed to idle for a period of time. If the temperature is low, the idle time should be appropriately extended. It is required that the hydraulic oil temperature rise to 15 degrees Celsius or above before it can work normally:
(2) Each control button executes an action, and only one button can be pressed at a time during operation. After completing one action, the next action can be taken to avoid misoperation during the operation of the fabric feeder;
(3) During the pouring process, it is not allowed to loosen the pipe clamp of the concrete pipeline. It should be kept as far away as possible from the fabric arm and conveyor pipe. Various inspections and repairs should be carried out after construction;
(4) Do not let foreign objects such as sand and stones fall into the rotating support to avoid damaging the machine;
(5) The fabric feeder shall not be used as a lifting equipment under any circumstances, such as lifting or dragging heavy objects;
(6) During the operation of the equipment, the operator must understand and master the daily weather forecast and wind speed. If the weather is not suitable for construction, the machine must be shut down;
(7) When the equipment is in operation, regardless of whether the fabric arm extends or rotates, the elastic displacement caused by inertial force is relatively large. If it touches personnel, it may cause injury; Therefore, before operating the fabric arm movement, it is necessary to clearly indicate the relevant personnel present and ensure that they are within a safe range and not touched;
